The working principle of HVOF(high velocity oxygen fuel spraying) spraying equipment SX-5000, the mixture of gas and oxygen is sent to the ignition zone at the exit of the spray gun under high pressure and ignited. The annular flow of hot air is compressed by the external compressed air flow, which accelerates the formation of supersonic flame. Influenced by the carrier gas, the powder is sent to the exit of spray gun and enters into combustion flame for form coating.

1. Control System of SX-5000
SX-5000 HVOF spraying system is with advanced process compared to other similar products, superior performance and easy operation. The spraying process can operate automatically, the system can be monitored simultaneously, the working process of the spray gun can be controlled dynamically, and respond to the system failure immediately.
2. Powder Feeder of SX-5000
SX-5000 HVOF flame spraying powder feeder is used to store spraying powder and deliver powder to spray gun according to required process. Nitrogen is used as the powder feeding gas. The spraying powder is delivered to the outlet of the powder feeder via the atomization and vibration of the powder feeder gas, then leave the powder container and enter the spray gun together with the powder feeding gas. The speed of powder feeding can be set through the potentiometer on the control cabinet.
3. Spray gun of SX-5000
The spray gun can be both manual use and robotic use. The gas needed is oxygen and propane. The weight of spray gun is 2KG and the spraying speed is 450g/s. It can work stably for a long time.
4. Cooling system of SX-5000
Dual compressor drive reduces the machine volume and increases your working space. It is mainly used to make the spraying tube and sealing ring cooling down and prolong their service life.
High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Thermal Spray System process uses combustion of Kerosene and liquid Oxygen mixture to melt and half-melt powder particles feeded into HVOF-torch and propel them under ultra-sonic speed to the part’s surface. Nitrogen is used as a carrier gas for powder supply.
